Water level in toilet

Hi guy's

Our toilet seems to have a very low water level, can any one confirm if this is right?

It's a Topravit Lauren

Oh and by the way I don't need to see a doctor -it's paint!!

Looks ok. That's what you get after flushing is it? (water qty not colour )
Assuming the pan is level etc it will find it's own water level, not much you can do about it
