Hey all,
I need to recondition my patio grout before the winter rains properly set in - patio is nothing special, cast concrete slabs, existing grout is shot so rainwater is seeping into the ground below and causing me slight damp problems in the room next to the patio.
The google has a bewildering range of different grout types and systems but the kind I'm after is a buff coloured comes dry, brush it in the cracks, dries solid either on its own of with a light hose soaking and is weather proof/water proof when set. Many say that they are water-permeable to avoid ponding which is the total opposite of what I need! I need it to keep everything sky side up so it then runs nicely into my drainage channel.
Any suggestions please?
