Under the above forum title it says " This is where you can ask your questions regarding the site, forum, etc." However, going down this route produces the warning "Sorry but only administrators can post topics in this forum".

Either: There are an awful lot of Administrators posting on that forum,
Or: The access rules have changed and the forum description has not been updated
Or: I don't understand what's going on.

Anyone help?
Any of those on the extensive list of postees on that forum able to help?

the rules were changed quite some time ago, but you can REPLY to a question

Then the informative text should be amended, as you cannot ask questions on that forum. But how do I pose a question or make a suggestion about the site facilities? Use this forum?
