West London/M3/M4/M40 outlets selling tiles from stock

Most shops I've visited need up to 6 weeks to order and don't have a return policy (or at best a 20% handling fee), so I'm looking to buy off the shelf and return any left over.

Apart from B&Q/Homebase/ToppsTiles which have a limited in-house stock, does anyone know of an outlet that has a large range of tiles FROM STOCK in London/Home Counties

There is a place just of the north circular by the turn off for Park Royal (By the Ace Cafe) they have a large selection and are well priced. don't know about returns policy
