Weyroc boards

Hi,

Been to look at a job that has Weyroc boards.
Am I correcty in thinking that this is laminate covered chip board?
If so what would be the correct steps for tiling, should it be treated as chipboard or ply??? Would obviously be using flexi adhesive & grout.

PS - The floor has been previously tiled by a carpenter !!??? but it needs to ripped up and re-tiled as he ran out of tiles and they cant find any more of the same type. However, the tiles that are down appear to be secure.
