What are Kuppersbusch fridge freezers like?

I've never heard of the brand Kuppersbusch for fridge freezers.

Does anyone know of them or have any information/advice on them? My integrated fridge/freezer has broken and it's a.... Kuppersbusch IKE 308-4T2 integrated fridge freezer that I've seem advertised second hand.
