Hi guys,

Am about to cut some slate tiles and need to buy a wet tile cutter. Had thought about using my trade at B&Q and buying the MAC tile cutter at a good reduced price. Reading a few of the reviews, it sounds shoddy!

Can anyone give me advice based on experience. I'm not going to be tiling for business purposes, only a little bit at home, so not wanting to spend much.

Any advice would be great.

Unless your only ever going to be cutting cheaper thin ceramic tiles You need to spend biggish money to get a cutter that will perform on thicker natural stone and or porcelain.

Save the money and but a quality macrist tile blade for your 5 inch grinder.
