When heating on hot water runs cold

hi wondering if anyone can assist.

I have a 2 yr old valiant combi boiler recently I have noticed when the heating is on high the hot water runs cold but as soon as you turn the heating off the the hot water is hot again.

Found out after the wife screamed at me after getting in a freezing cold bath lol. Please help

Faulty diverter valve is the likeliest cause.

It may be covered by Vaillant's warranty. (Phone 0330 100 3143 - open Sunday 0800-1200)

If not, you will need a Gas Safe registered engineer to sort it out as the valve is inside the boiler.
