When to build on Foundations

Hi,

Looking for some advice regarding building on new foundations. I'm building a garage and on one side of the Garage, the foundation will be ~2m deep. The builder intends to complete the Founds and blockwork in just over a week.

Is this sufficient time for the Concrete to cure enough for the building work to start? The Block will be laid 'on the flat' so I'm just thining about the weight of the wall on the foundation so soon after being laid....or am I worrying about nothing?

You can normally start laying the day after pouring
