which black paint?

I am looking to paint the concrete plinth at the bottom of my house with black gloss paint to match existing .what paint is best to use .I was going to use bitumen paint but my neighbour uses trade gloss on a grey undercoat?It looks good . Is this ok to use or is there a more suitable paint.Thanks in advance.
