Which mtb tyre?

The City Jets are ok actually, especially for the money. Oddly, they don't seem to roll that well for slick tyre but if you're looking for a really cheap path tyre, yeah. I don't know how well they protect against punctures. Probably not that well.

Rapid Robs are kinda odd in that they are very specific about what they're good at. They roll very well for a knobbly tyre so if you do mainly gravel paths but with a few bits of tarmac they make sense and are quick. They don't have much grip when it's really rough though, especially in the wet, and they don't work at all in mud. The tiny blocks also mean they wear fast but again, if they suite your riding they're a good buy at that price. I have a pair of very similar tyres but rarely use them. Virtually always find a slicker or more aggressive tyre is a better choice.
