Hello experts, diy'ers, amateurs and forumers,
I have come here before for advice and it was great, I've another issue at the moment. I've got an electric heated house (2 up 2 down) and as the sealant (or whatever they used before I moved in) around the windows and doors is cracking we've decided to replace it.
We've had some advice as to what to use around the edges of the windows to seal, prevent cracking and molding and so we've gone and done it (see pics attached, Decorator's Caulk).
My questions are: have we used the right thing? and if yes, have we applied it inappropriately?
Because a week later it's cracking with 15-20 Celsius outside and I don't think its gonna work for winter.
Any advice and criticism is welcome, and many thanks in advance!
