wireless thermostst

i need to install honeywell cmt927 wireless thermostat i have a baxi combi boiler.The old room stat has been taken away so i am left with a 3 core cable of which i have red-blue-yellow-earth.
I have tested the cable with the boiler on and red is live blue nothing yellow live can you help me to connect up to the relay box? in the relay box i have N L L A B C PLEASE HELP

I would say the blue is probably neutral and goe sto the N, the red and yellow are live and switched live, and will go to the L terminals. Are they L1 and L2 (usually L1 is permanent live and L2 is switched)? Are there no instructions with the unit to give a helping hand? You might be better off calling the manufacturer's helpline, I've always found them very helpful.
