I have wired the L N and E from the same fused spur connected to my potterton promax combi HE boiler to the programmable thermostat. I have now wired the 230v out from terminal 2 in the boiler as instructed to the stat, and fed the switched live from the stat to the boiler terminal 1. Can anyone clarify exactly which output sections the 2 cables from the boiler should be connected to ie off/com/on??

The wire from boiler terminal 2 should go to the COM terminal.
The wire from boiler terminal 1 should go to the ON terminal
The OFF terminal is not used.
The wire from boiler terminal 1 should go to the ON terminal
The OFF terminal is not used.
