Wood under tiles is drenched, guttering needed?

Wood guttering stop the wood just under the roof on this summerhouse from rotting. It's currently very wet. The wood the tiles are on.

I think it's coming under the tiles and back into wood and it's drenched.

I woodn't of thought so. The tiles looks poorly laid.

You should not be able to see any nails, the hole roof looks like a sieve.

Wrong type of covering for such a shallow pitch. Strip off and recover.

Yeah but the wood under the tiles is only wet at the bottom where the water is supposed to drip off. Guttering the answer?

No, cause the guttering won't touch anything so won't change anything.
