Worcester 24cdi no hot water

Did you fit the black metal circlip that holds the micro witch casing in place?

Maybe just another thing to consider regarding the micro switch. When i removed the two wires connected to it I noticed they were both the same colour (pink) so I assume that it doesn’t matter which way round they go when reattached?

See if black cap is still on the end of the spindle inside the microswitch, it might have dropped off.

Problem solved! I noticed, when looking at the diverter valve diaphragm pin from underneath that the black plastic disc was missing from it therefore it couldn’t operate the switch. After a quick look around I found it wedged between the floor boards under the boiler. Reattached it and now hot water!
Thanks for all your help. Really appreciated.
