worcester 24i rsf ignition fault

help please

boiler want fire especially first thing in morning.

have fitted a new aps still not working, have discovered if i remove red pipe from steel pipe that feeds aps and suck on pipe switch will click, then i reconnect to steel pipe boiler fires up no prolem.

checked all pipes for possible blockage all clear

then tested the fan with independent supply seems to be working fine.

running out of ideas any advice greatly appreciated.

thanks for your reply - as I said I have tested fan with independant supply and visually it seems fine - can you suggest any other method to test performance?
