Hi all
After a bit of advise on the above boiler.
When we run the central heating the pressure seems to rise from the normal to 1 to 1.5 bar to 2.5 bar, sometimes higher if you turn up the thermostat on the front.
Once the heating is off the pressure drops back to normal, but I have to drain the radiator in the loft as it seems to get an air build up in it once the system cools down, this in turn then drops the pressure and you have to top it up. this needs to be done once a week lately, before only about once a month.
Also the key you put in to turn on the filling loop has been stuck in and wont come out it turns round but wont come out, this has been like it since we moved, about 4 years.
This problem has been there since we move into the house but seems to be worst ths winter.
In the summer months the pressure does not drop at all, only when the heating is run.
Any advise or a nudge in the right direction will be greatly appreciated
