worcester boiler 24i

Hi There

I have Worcester boiler model 24i RSF-L combi. It was only serving for the hot water (no central heating installed). Yesterday when i opened the hot tap it did not light up.

Light on the grey panel is working, exhaust is working but it does not light up during opening the hot tap.

Please please anyone help me to get it working, I would be very grateful for your help.

Does it make a noise when a hot tap is run?

yes it makes noise when open the hot tap.

If it makes a noise but doesn't light up then if the system pressure is about 1.5 and the over heat stat has not tripped then there is little more I can see you being able to do the diagnose the fault.

You may need to call a competent boiler engineer.

thanks, it has been sorted out, i reset the heat cut off button on top left corner of the boiler.
