Worcs 24i hot water no heating

Hi, can anyone suggest probable cause for fine hot water but no heating on a worcs 24i? heating is calling on panel + stat. Would the diverter valve be likely culprit? how could i confirm this? thanks in advance guys.

24i has no diverter as it has a dual heatexchanger.
may be the pump but try downloading faultfinding instructions from worcester website as a start

This boiler will provide DHW with the pump not working.

It could well be the pump and you should try spinning the pump. See the FAQ on this site!
