Hello All, I have a problem with my Saunier Duval 60FF not firing up. If the boiler is complete then it just sparks away and doesn't seem to light the pilot but might fire up after a few mins and might not fire up at all. If the front cover is removed then it lights the pilot better but the flame is distorted and away from the electrode, again it might fire up after a few mins or not at all. If the combustion chamber cover is removed then it fires up after a couple of sparks and the pilot looks fine. I've had a couple of engineers look at it and over the last 12 months have had new circuit board, air pressure switch, electrode, fan and pilot assembly. The air intakes around the exhaust are clear and both the air pressure tubes are clear and not leaking. Glow Worm don't seem to give any help at all! Any advice gratefully received, before I take a hammer to it!
