Yale Easyfit alarm: red triangle not clearing

Hi, I've done evrything the manual and the forum suggests to clear a tamper fault in a door sensor.
I refitted the sensor, went to the fault log and pressed the enetr button asking Clear Fault Log (OK?) but the red triangle stays on.

The fault must still be present for the alert to remain. Check the tamper switches operate OK on the sensor, you could try manually pressing the tamper switch in (with the sensor cover off) and getting someone else to clear the fault. This would show if it's a sensor cover fitting issue or not.
