Zanuisi zwd1262w problem - metal drum gives electric shock!

Hi all,
My zwd1262w washer dryer is playing up.
Over the last two or three washes I have noticed that some of my clothes have 'light brown/tan' marks on them AFTER having washed them.

Then yesterday I went to unload the washing machine and got quite a shock from it. If you hold your finger on the metal drum you can feel the small current passing through it! Is that normal, I assume not!

Any ideas what could be wrong please?

Get the machine and the socket it's plugged into checked. You have an earth fault, no earth in fact. This is dangerous, uplug the machine and get it checked.
