Zanussi Condenser Dryer

Hi, I have a zanussi condensor dryer model TC7114w. Tried to use it last night and pushed start, got a buzzing sound then the tripswitch went on the mains fuseboard. reset trip switch and power light will come n on dryer but on pushing start, nothng happens. Any help/advice gratefully received
