Zanussi Electrolux ZWF12070w problem!

Hi
I put the cycle on, the washer starts filling up (very slowly) and then the start button starts flashing RED

The washer empties fine, I can set it to spin/drain and rinse and seem OK, only seems to happen when I want to do a wash??

I have tried resetting the ECO by filling the washer through the draw with water and draining, but didn't solve anything.

Please any help would be much appreciated.

Posting the PNC helps us to help you as it is what identifies your particular model.

I take it it fills ok when you select rinse then and goes through the program and spins ok with a load.

Check the fill valves are operating properly at the top rear. Check the holes in the dispenser draw roof for blockages.
