Our Zanussi integrated Washer Dryer has become noisy which I traced to the drum pulley being loose. It is rotational looseness as opposed to wobbly. There a couple of mm free movement.
Am I correct in thinking that the pulley is keyed into the shaft and not just located by the tightness of the nut? If this is the case then I guess either the shaft or the centre of the pulley are are damaged which is allowing the movement?
