texecom "enter next code to access system"

i've setup a new user, eg XXXX, usercode 987654.
XXXX is a super-duper user type - can do everything - tho i'm really using it to arm and disarm the alarms as part of the test procedure.

so, i armed the system. then walked in front of the pir and sure enough the alarms went off.

i typed in 987654 on the keypad hoping to get to the disarm alarm option.

instead i was confronted with "enter next code to access system".

i've tried typing 987654 again but that didn't have any effect.

anyone here have an idea what that is?
what code is it looking for?

looks like you have set it as dual code are you programming it by wintex ?

i did set up XXXX through wintex.

hmm, ok, i'll delete that user and create another one through the keypad and see how that works out.

i've given texecom staff a lot of aggro as well!

you'll all be pleased to know that i'm probably 95% to 99% done and won't have to put up with me any longer!
