Before I rush out and replace my 12v led downlighters above my bath/Shower, do they interfere with Sky digital they way they interfere with AM and some FM radio signals?
I am hoping that Sky will be the answer to these crackling radios!

Don't know, but if they are causing interference you should change them anyway. Your neighbours will be affected as well and if they complain you will be told in no uncertain terms to stop using them. Causing interference is illegal under the wireless telegraphy acts.

But the good news is that LED lamps are not compatible with "Homeplug" PLA devices used for transmitting data via mains wiring. They will often stop these devices from working. ;)

Confused! What on earth has PLA devices got to do with this thread? I understand PLA can cause interference but not to MW.

The electrical noise from the LED driver(s) gets onto the mains wiring and this corrupts the data carrier of the PLDT ( the HomePlugs)
