Were you successful in your application for costs?

no because the council put an enforcement order on it when the planning application was refused,where now putting in for 6 more new build lets as the inspectore seemed quiet clear on the scope of the site,

we have entered a jr into the costs as alot as come out about enforcement and solicitors are confident we will get our costs plus costs back,
