I am looking to paint the front of the house and there is a bay section which has these old red painted tiles. The paint is all flaking off and i was wondering how to remove this loose stuff before i decide what to do. I would also like to know, once the tiles are dust free, should i seal them some stabilizer or something before i paint? Thanks in advance
