I have an Hotpoint cooker, EW91, that I need to connect to the electric point already on the wall.
The fuse is rated at 32amp. Is there a flexible 6mm cable that I can buy, the stiff grey flat cable doesnt seem suitable. Maybe a coiled/sprung cable to avoid it getting trapped?
I am thinking 5 feet of cable, I did think that there would be a id plate on the back of the cooker, but no.

Flat T&E will be fine, and is used on the vast majority of cookers.

The flexible or not issue is of no relevance, as a cooker is not something which will be moved often or at all.

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking more about 6mm. Is 4mm ok? I will see what my local shops have in stock.
