Hi, we woke up today to find out that the boiler is just not starting/igniting.
The led on the power button is ON, I tried switching on/off, push the reset button for few seconds but without luck.
When I turn on the tap it doesn't start either.
So neither heating nor hot water are working.
I checked the Gas pressure gauge but it is close to 0 could this be the reason?
One final thing there is gas in the house, we can still use the hob.
Also no lights at all in the status and burner indicators
Please help.

That pressure gauge is most likely the heating system pressure which should be somewhere nearer to 1bar when the boiler is cold.

It's not good that it has dropped so low as a lot of water will have escaped somewhere and at the very least the system will need refilling just to encourage the boiler to start firing again.

Can you post some pictures of the pipework around the base of the boiler showing the pressure gauge and hopefully the cold water filling loop?

Ring an engineer

Although the red light light is on there has been an electronic failure from what I can see in the pic.

The pressure is also low this may or may not be related.

Your boiler "m" series terrible boiler
