I have a Potterton Netaheat 10-16 boiler, very reliable , have it serviced by British Gas annually, but pilot light has just gone out. British gas cannot come before Tuesday, any suggestions as to the possible cause please?

Thanks for that, but the boiler is cold and no sign of a pilot light when I try to turn Boiler on?

which netaheat 10-16 do you have is it the electronic or the RS (may say BF on the badge)
