Pressure Gauge Tools

Hello, further on with a project where pressure/flow is the problem - I have decided I need to measure one or both at different times and locations.
I found a common meter online "Mains Water Pressure Test Gauge 11 Bar" a gauge on a tube, would I be correct in thinking this will only tell me standing pressure on that single outlet?

The static pressure will be the same throughout the system.

The dynamic pressure may vary depending on the location at which you take the measurement and associated restrictions within the pipework
