Using AAV on top of soil stack

Hi,

I think I need to move my soil stack from inside the house to a side wall. If I use an external spec AAC, can I fit it at any height I like as long ask it's higher than the overflow level of any appliances?

They must be solvent welded to the top of the stack above the overflow
level of the highest appliance connected to the soil stack.
