I fitted a wickes toilet at home a couple of years ago and it has a short and long flush, but recently it has been taking 3 flushes to get rid of waste
There just doesnt seem to be a big gush of water when you flush it, water level is at correct level and cistern fills properly - is it the plunger part that needs replacing - do I need to get a certain one or do all dual flush toilets use the same one
Many thanks for any help in advance

Hi could anyone tell me if getting a new syphon will cure the problem
Thanks

Personnally I would change the syphon to a Flapper Valve , you can at least discharge all the water in the cistern in one go if requred.
