Hi I have a leaking flat roof on my utiltiy room. It is approx 5m by 2.5m square and concrete with felt over the top (I Think !!). I am lucky in some ways because the leak is coming through the ceiling into the shower tray and therefor running away. Obviously I am concerned about further damage that I can not see!. I have heard from a mate of a mate etc that it may be better to replace the felt with fiberglass and resin but not really sure. I am open to any advice on whether to go with felt or fiberglass, costings practicality etc.
