Hello folks, Was looking at the screwfix website to buy some screws to go into brickwork as I am putting some shelves up. On the site however the masonary screws seem to be ones that are used without plugs, however I just want normal screws that will fit into a plug. Could someone please advise what ones would be suitable? Thanks |

Any - probably quicksilver are the best option ... countersunk or roundhead |

As stated any wood screw would suffice really. For external use Stainless steel though. |

by the way I posted this on another forum at the same time as the question here, the other forum seems to be American based and they are all saying use sheet metal screws in plastic plugs, any thoughts on this? |
