Is there anyone out there that maybe able to advise on the possible cause of a swimming pool lining problem that was installed approximately 6 years ago. Or has anyone come across this before.

Down the center and along the back edge of the pool the lining seems to be peeling or flaking, but nowhere else. The lining seems to be stuck down ok but looks like skin flaking (if thats a good description).

I'm advised that the cause is due to the incorrect adding of the chemicals to the pool and not lining deterioration

Any feedback appreciated.

Wrong water balance usually results in the liner becoming bleached, not heard of one flaking like you describe???
