Pricing Question ?

Hi all

Sorry to ask yet another pricing question but what would you guys roughly charge to

1) replace approx 4 broken tiles (in a cluster)
2) install a tile vent (for extractor fan)

Its a 2 storey Victorian semi with good access for a ladder (to my untrained eye!)

I realise only ballpark figures are possible without seeing the job
