I wonder why????????????????????????????????????????? Rolling Eyes

Seems like the PC brigade have taken over there now....

Whats next?..change the colour of tarmac to a shade of pink because the current colour is symbolic of treading on other races darker than our own????

This country...its had it thanks to the 'OK yar' loonies in the inner city town halls..

We'reeeee dooooooooooooomed...dooooooooooooooooomed!!!

Read yesterday that Dixon of Dock Green saying, "Evenin' all" is to be banned because 'it is offensive to some cultures'. icon_eek.gif

Who the hell can be offended by someone saying, "Evenin' all." FFS!

Seem to remember a school just before last Christmas putting off its party for the kids till February to coincide with some other cultures celebrations!

Basically, if you are a white English Christian forget it.
You don't have a cat in hells chance in this country.

I am not racist, to each their own as far as I am concerned, but when it comes down to one group being fawned to because someone is scared that they will be held up as unfair then the country has gone potty.

FFS, you should only be able to buy christmas decorations WITH religious connotations,
i have no problem with cards or whatever on sale celebrating other religions or whatever, but this is Britain and we are a Christian country if you are not a Christian (where ever you come from incl Britain) then why are you offended?

it's about time we started something like a peoples' court of common sense.... don't know what power we could exert, but just a panel of ordinary people who'd judge on these decisions....
Maybe mass disobedience should be an option?

It's no secret... i'm a Catholic! Alright alright stop the sniggering! There are a few of us left.

Personally I couldn't care less if we stop all the Christmas stuff... costs me a bloody fortune every year! icon_lol.gif

Seriously though, I couldn't give a stuff if some Muslim, Jew or whoever doesn't want to join in 'our celebration'. I'm not bothered if Jews celebrate something like Hanukkah for example. If I went into B&Q, Sainsburys, etc and saw them selling decorations for such celebrations I honestly couldn't give a stuff. If that's your thing then fine.

I think most of this 'I protest' stuff is dreamt up by upper class knobs in Whitehall.

Good man yer self.

Too be honest Prentice, since my dad died (about 20 years ago!), I'm not sure where I stand on Religion. Mam died about 8 years ago and it makes you think... why would 'God' allow the evil Basta*ds to live and the ones that have been good to die? And die so horribly in mam's case?

Don't want to get into a 'religion' discussion! I will win! My heart cannot take it anyway! Bloody Heart! Cannot even get into a decent argument these days!!!!

Anyway, thump, thump, thump, thump.... Flamin sick of it!!!! Hope it keeps thumping for a good few years to come though! icon_confused.gif

ANYWAY!..... as I said, and I think you've probably all realised from my pseudonym, I'm not sure any more!

EDIT: Did you ever get the feeling you're starting to give away more about yourself than you ever thought you would/wanted to?
