Alarm not accepting code

Hi All,

My friends alarm is powered but not acccepting the arming code. It was de-powered when he had some work done. There is no model references but optima is the name on the 'base' (understairs cupboard) and accenta is the name on the key pad (hall). No model numbers or further info that I can see.

Is there any way to re-activate this without making the alarm 'go-off'.

You could try 0123 , the default user code , or remove mains and battery , power up mains first and try the original code.

Careful around mains voltages.
