Central Heating

What is the proper way to bleed my hot water & central heating system.I have a Vokera Mynute 14/48sp.I seem to be losing water but have no leak.Noise comes from hot water tank when first starts in the morning.

The sequence isn't critical on a pressurised system.

For leaks, look at the pipe which goesthrough the wall to outside, and at the rad valves round the spindles.

And at the Automatic Air Vent in the boiler.
