how can stop alarm when I cut electricity

Hi all,
doing a few jobs at my mums, trying to change the light fittings in the bathroom........everytime I try to switch the electric off the alarm goes off. Can't isolate the lights because their on the same circuit. Can anyone help please!
no name on the alarm just a number 9448 (thats the model not the code)!

You need a new battery. A 2.1Ah one.

Actually seen a 9448 with that as the code. Its suprising what people use for their codes.

The above is correct information.
Just to remind you there is 230VAC in the panel, isolate before opening the cover. The outside bells will ring during the battery change.
Also the cover can be a pig to refit, so be careful with it.

Once done, enter code and it should reset.
