SENSIBLE POSTS

What is a 'sensible post? '. The vast majority of us post in the expectation that we get a good response to what we have posted. What may seem like trivial questions to some , are of great importance to many others. I don't think we should question members posts on the basis that one post is as good as another. It's all down to how we interpret the post. If you were an elecrtician and you read a post on how to replace a fuse , then obviously you would think ' what!!!'. If however you were , say a welder , then would the electrician know how to weld a fillet joint?. Its all down to what we know.

I was taught there is no such thing as a stupid question.
We each have a certain amount of knowledge and to gain more we need to ask questions that WE don't know the answers to.
The stupid part comes when we THINK we know the answer.

cantaloup63, it was the Klingons topic, I gave a fair warning instead of locking it but some of them chose to carry on insulting others including me and after 17 reported alerts, enough was enough
I haven't been on here for a day or so, who done the klingons thread in then?
