I am all thumbs and a total idiot when it comes to computers. I need some help.

At present I have iMac, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad. One TV is connected to Apple TV and Sky dish. A cable connects Super Hub to Sky receiver.

I also have a Samsung smart TV but at present there is no internet connected to it. Is there anything I can plug into the smart TV that will wirelessly link the TV to the hub?

Depends on the TV, best post the model number. There will likely be an Ethernet port to plug a Cat5e/6 cable into it from your router/hub if they're close enough together.

If not close then you may be able to plug a wireless adapter in, depends on the TV.

Could already be a wireless TV...? Presume you've checked?

One of my Samsung smart tv's has wireless built in though I prefer Ethernet using power over Ethernet adapter for a reliable service.
You can then install Serviio on you mac and stream any movie content direct to tv.
