Replace old Honeywell thermostat with Horstmann HRFS1

I have just moved into a new house with an ancient Honeywell thermostat.

It has connections on 1(Red), 3(Yellow) and 2(Blue).

I want to replace it with a Horstmann HRFS1, it has the following info in the manual.

Red is Live, Blue is Neutral and Yellow is switched live.

Use the "240v application" diagram from the horstmann stat

That Honeywell isn't ancient - its graduated in Celsius - mine's in Fahrenheit but it still works.
