A mate of mine has engaged a contract renderer to re-cement render a ground floor external area of approximately 10 square metres; i.e. remove old render from brickwork and cement render and finish. To date, in total he has visited the site four times to get it right and still.....the render is peeling off; thin in some places and coming off in other places; not tiny bits; an eyesore. I dread to think who else has been affected by shoddy workmanship and undiluted incompetence. How on earth do such people remain in business ?
