Would welcome any advice, had a loft conversion 3 yrs ago and had shower room fitted with a Stuart Turner 3.0 bar twin Neg head pump which is in our airing cupboard on 1st floor. Woke up yesterday to no water at all in the loft shower and basin. Up till yesterday had not had any problems, no diff noise, no burning smells or steam, worked perfectly. Now its completely dead. Have changed the fuse but didn't make any difference. Water tank on main landing and other bathroom fine (not connected to neg head pump). Any ideas and costs ? so I can let hubby know the bad news !!.

Many thanks gasguru for your advice, my neighbour (plumber) looked at it last night and also said to phone Stuart Turner. Just spoke to their Tech Support who advised that I should book a visit from a Pump Engineer and they could recommend one !! They said the pumps are for Specialists and very complicated, but why then do Loft Companies employ Plumbers to fit them ?. Stuart Turner told me to cancel my appt for the plumber to come back. Anyway, he did give me the PSI and said it was not unusual for a pump to suddenly go without any warning signs, lovely!!

You may find spares are cheaper direct from Stuart Turner.
