I over-loaded my washing machine which in turn meant the drum didn't turn and now it won't turn even though I've put a lighter load in it. Could it be the belt? or do you think it may be something more serious?
Many thanks

Don't worry - all sorted. Took the back off the washing machine and the belt had come off. Put it back on and hey presto!

I have the same problem, except that my belt had frayed, so I bought a new one.

I am having difficulty replacing the belt - did your go on easily or do you have any tips?

Put the belt over the motor shaft, then onto the drum pulley, tie the belt to the pulley with a cable tie, turn the drum and it'll go on.
